REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for orders placed through www.brushmancy.com.

Brushmancy is the seller and customer point of contact for all orders placed directly through our website.

Many Brushmancy orders are fulfilled using Amazon FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon), which provides warehousing, packing, shipping, and return processing services.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items should:

  • Be in their original condition

  • Include original packaging where possible

  • Not show signs of misuse or intentional damage

Returns may also be accepted for:

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items may not qualify for return or resale:

  • Used stamping tools or accessories

  • Products damaged through misuse

  • Stamping plates with protective film removed after extensive use or damage

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For orders fulfilled through Amazon FBA, returns and refunds may be processed using Amazon’s fulfilment and return systems.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

Brushmancy may request:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Additional information required to investigate the issue

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A full or partial refund

  • A returnless refund where appropriate

5. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times vary depending on the payment provider and fulfilment method.

Most refunds are processed within 3–10 business days after approval.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or shipment processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.
